Payment and refund terms

DTL LLC (hereinafter referred to as DTL) offers cloud services to the Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the immers.cloud service) in accordance with the terms and Conditions https://en.immers.cloud/terms/, Rates https://en.immers.cloud/prices/ and these payment Terms https://en.immers.cloud/payments/.

1. Fundamentals

1.1. Payment for services is made after signup and authorization on the immers.cloud portal.

1.2. Payment is made by adding funds to the personal account using a Bank card for clients of individuals or by invoicing and paying for clients of legal entities.

1.3. After making a payment by Bank card, the user receives an electronic receipt to the e-mail specified during the payment.

1.4. At any given time, DTL keeps an automatic record of the user’s active Virtual machines, other charged objects and ordered additional services, and periodically reduces the user’s balance by the calculated amount of services consumed during the billing period.

1.5. If the user’s balance reaches zero or negative, all the user's Virtual machines will be deleted automatically and without additional notifications.

1.6. Creating and start of Virtual machines is possible only after the subsequent replenishment of the personal account.

1.7. In case of prolonged absence of funds on the client’s personal account, DTL LLC has the right to delete all user's objects without additional notifications.

1.8. Billing of services is per minute, rounding up to minutes is used. Billing starts when you create or start a billing object.

2. Payment by bank cards issued outside the Russian Federation

2.1. When paying for services with a bank card, the currency of which differs from the Russian ruble, funds are credited to the account balance in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation at the time of payment. Also, a 10% commission is deducted from the payment amount.

2.2. The amount displayed on the account balance in a currency other than the Russian ruble may vary depending on the current exchange rate of this currency to the ruble.

2.3. The amount displayed on the account balance in Russian rubles does not change depending on the exchange rate.

3. Payment security

3.1. Payment processing with a Bank card (including entering the card number) takes place on a secure page of the processing system that has passed international certification. This means that your confidential data (card details etc.) is not sent to immers.cloud, their processing is fully protected and no one, including immers.cloud, can get the client's personal and Bank data.

The information security standard which used for working with card data, developed by the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard – Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), provides secure processing of the Bank card details of the holder. The data transfer technology used guarantees security for transactions with Bank cards by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Verified by Visa, Secure Code, and closed banking networks with the highest degree of protection.

4. Refund policy

4.1. DTL does not refund money for used cloud services.

4.2. DTL returns unused funds on the client’s personal account. If there are no funds on the client’s personal account after the refund of unused funds, the provision of services to the client is terminated.

4.3. DTL does not return to the client any funds that arose as a result of providing discounts, accrual of welcome, incentive or marketing bonuses or promotions.

4.3. For payments made with a bank card whose currency differs from the Russian ruble, only a full refund is available and a partial refund is not available.
