Consent to Receive Advertising and Marketing Messages

I hereby provide Limited Liability Company "DIGITAL TECH & LAB" (OGRN 1187746954515, INN 9717073792, legal address: 115142, Moscow, Rechnikov St., 21, bldg. 3, floor 2, premises 6) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) with my consent to process personal data (email address and phone number) for the purpose of receiving advertising and marketing information from the Operator: information about services, promotions, special offers, and news of the immers.cloud cloud platform.

Scope of Consent

I authorize the sending of advertising and informational messages to me via the following communication channels: email, SMS messages and messengers, and push notifications.

Legal Basis for Processing

Processing of personal data for the specified purposes is carried out on the basis of this Consent in accordance with Part 1, Clause 1, Article 6, Article 9 of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-Federal Law "On Personal Data", as well as Article 18 of the Federal Law dated 13.03.2006 No. 38-Federal Law "On Advertising".

Term of Validity

This Consent is effective from the moment it is provided and remains valid until it is withdrawn.

Procedure for Withdrawing Consent

I have the right to withdraw this Consent at any time by one of the following methods:

  1. by using the "Unsubscribe" link in any received message.
  2. by sending a statement in electronic form to support@immers.cloud, indicating the login or email address used during registration. Signing the electronic appeal with an enhanced qualified electronic signature is not required.
  3. by sending a statement in written form to the Operator's legal address.

The Operator shall cease sending advertising messages no later than 3 (three) business days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of personal data carried out for other purposes on other legal grounds (in particular, for performance of a contract or compliance with legal requirements), and does not entail deletion of the account or termination of service provision.

Voluntary Nature of Consent

Providing this Consent is voluntary. Refusal to provide it does not entail any consequences for the ability to register and use the immers.cloud platform.
